I’m full! After what was a tremendous Easter season, I’ve gotta say: I’m full.

Thank you to all the tremendous people (you know who you are!) who made our Easter events possible. We were able to give away hundreds of lamb chops to people in our church community and our wider community, many of whom we had no prior connection with. We had a special event on Maundy Thursday called “Walk the Road to the Resurrection,” where nearly 60 people went through seven interactive stations to pray and reflect with anticipation for Easter Sunday. We had two excellent Easter services on Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday in which God’s Spirit was powerfully at work.

I’m full!

But the work continues! There’s much to look forward to in this upcoming season of the church, and I’d love to keep up the momentum. Our next sermon series will be called “You Ever Wonder?” We’ll be diving into some of our biggest, deepest questions about life and death, good and evil, purpose and meaning, God and humanity. Who is God? Who is Jesus? What’s my purpose? What went wrong in the world? How will all this turn out? We’ll be providing the hope of Jesus while answering these questions through the Christian worldview.

This series will be helpful and edifying to believers in Jesus, but it will also be a great opportunity to introduce—or re-introduce—friends, family, neighbours, and co-workers to the Christian faith. That’s why we’re here! To joyfully lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus!

Blessings,

Pastor Tyler
