Joanne Leggat

Joanne Leggat joined our staff in May 2019.  She has served as a Children’s Pastor for many years at churches including Elim Chapel in Winnipeg, Credit Valley Community Church, Bayview Glen Alliance Church, and Flamborough Baptist Church.  She has a bachelor of Christian Education from Ontario Bible College (presently Tyndale University and Seminary) and a Master’s Degree in Christian Education from Talbot Seminary in California.

She enjoys creative outlets such as decorating and gardening, and enjoys researching history and her own family tree.  She prefers individual sports over team sports, such as skating, swimming, canoeing, and kayaking.  She loves the art of storytelling and is always up for a new movie or a play, and the occasional dinner at a restaurant with great ambiance.

Micah 6:8 – He has showed you, O man, what is good.  And what does the Lord require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
